    Interviews:
    ·       Our client, RMTC, will be conducting interviews in Karachi Lahore and Islamabad in the first week of December 2014.
    ·       Candidates that are not available in Pakistan (overseas Pakistanis) may be contacted after January 2015 (if vacancies do not fill)
    ·       Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the final interview.

URGENTLY REQUIRED-PRODUCTION PLANNER(FMCG FOODS)-HUB

A leading Multinational FMCG(Foods) Company based at Hub, Pakistan requires a PRODUCTION PLANNER-SAP.  The incumbent will be responsible for analyzing current processes of the business and recommends best practices etc over SAP PP & MM.
Responsibilities: 
  1. Production Planning for both Tang Plant
  2. Handling SCORE and SAP Catalyst Production Planning & Scheduling.
  3. Prepare & conduct Demand Reviews and S&OPs.
  4. Strict follow up with Production function to ensure Production Targets are achieved.
  5. Coordinate with commercial team to make them ensure availability of Product as committed in Production Plan.
  6. Follow up with Replenishment Officer and Procurement Team on Raw and Packaging materials availability as per production plan.
  7. Capacity Analysis Long Term – C2D Ratios etc.
  8. Weekly Demand Supply Review (Local & Regional)
  9. Develop Production Plan in view of Mid-term & Long Term Supply & Demand perspective.
  10. Be a part of the Project Team on new projects and transitions etc.
 Tracking of KPI:
  1. Plant capacity utilization
  2. Actual production vs. planned production, MU Production planning and     Scheduling cycle completion
  3. Release Order creation actual vs. Planned.
Skill:

Qualification:   BE(Mechanical/Industrial & Manufacturing) /MBA(Supply Chain)
  Age               :     Maximum 28 Years    
Experience   :     Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in any FMCG/Pharmaceutical.
Experience in the use of computers and extensive knowledge of SAP PP and MM.
Salary           :      PKR 50k-65k+ Pick n Drop, Medical (OPD +Hosp), Life Insurance, PF, Profit    Bonus etc.
